Sam Loyd's "P. T. Barnum's Trick Mules" Puzzle
Below is a puzzle invented in 1871 by Sam Loyd, mathematician and "puzzler." He sold this puzzle to P.T. Barnum who used it to promote his circus. The goal is arrange the three cards so that each rider is in his/her correct riding position on top of a horse.
