Trail condition: This segment of the trail bisects Dickinson Property to the north and south. The western end of the segment has room to the north of the active rail line for a trail. At the east end, it seems like there might be more space for a trail to the south of the active rail line.

Crossing at Orange St. : This rail bridge appears to be in good shape with plenty of space north of the active rail line for a trail.

Crossing at Cherry St.: Cherry St., Louther St., and the trail all cross in close proximity here. Extra signage is probably warranted.
