Programming Project 
- Project #5 - Latches, Flip-Flops and Registers
- In project 4 you will be developing a clocked D Latch, a D Flip-Flop, a one word wide data latch and a two ported register bank.
Homework Assignment

Perform the following multiplications on 2's complement 8 bit numbers using:
i. The Add and Shift method.
ii. Booth's Algorithm.
Note: In Booth's Algorithm shifts of the multiplicand are logical shifts and shifts of the multiplier are arithmetic shifts.
Be sure to indicate any overflow conditions.
